A message dated May 17, 2002, was read stating the Governor is                                      
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                                     
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 45                                                                   
    Relating to the labeling of salmon food products.
